Waterways of the world's largest mangrove forest are home to the last two remaining freshwater dolphin species in Asia: Ganges River and Irrawaddy dolphins. WCS Bangladesh provides technical support to the Bangladesh Forest Department in implementing SMART (Spatial Monitoring and Reporting Tool) law enforcement and wildlife monitoring patrols as well as improving knowledge about and compliance with fisheries regulations.
